10% Cart Deposits
Ready to reserve your Titan Trains products? Eligible carts can be reserved with a 10% deposit instead of paying the merchandise amount in full.
Deposit at a Glance
The minimum subtotal and deposit calculation exclude shipping, tax and other applicable fees.
How to Pay a Deposit
- Add your items to the cart. Payment Options appear when your merchandise subtotal is $2,000.00 or more.
- Select “Pay 10% of Cart Subtotal as a Deposit.”
- Review your deposit amount, remaining merchandise balance and estimated cancellation fee.
- Use the main CHECK OUT button to continue with your deposit payment.
Cancellation Fee
If you cancel after paying a deposit, a cancellation fee of 5% of the deposit paid applies. The fee is based on your deposit amount, rather than the full merchandise subtotal.
Example: A $2,000.00 merchandise subtotal requires a $200.00 deposit, leaving a $1,800.00 merchandise balance. If you cancel, the cancellation fee would be $10.00.
Your cart displays an estimated cancellation fee based on the current deposit amount. This estimate is not added to the amount due at checkout.
Paying Your Remaining Balance
The remaining merchandise balance, along with any applicable shipping, tax and other fees, must be paid before merchandise is shipped, released or picked up. Please contact us if you need help arranging payment of your remaining balance.
Paying by Check or Money Order
If you would like to pay by check or money order, please contact Titan Trains Store before sending payment. We will provide payment instructions and confirm your order total. Orders paid by check may be held until payment has cleared.
Bank Transfers & Other Electronic Payments
ACH, wire transfers, and other electronic payment methods may be available for qualifying purchases. Contact us for payment instructions before initiating a bank transfer or other electronic payment.
Paying in Person
Cash and other approved payment methods may be accepted for orders picked up in person. Please contact us in advance to arrange your pickup and confirm your preferred payment method.
Pre-Orders & Special Orders
Pre-order and special-order products may have separate deposit requirements and payment schedules. We will explain any applicable terms before your order is finalized.
Because these products may be built, configured or reserved specifically for your order, their deposit and cancellation terms may differ from the standard 10% cart deposit option.
Please review the applicable product information and contact us with any questions before submitting payment. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule and, unless otherwise arranged, must be paid in full before merchandise is shipped, released or picked up.
